In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer interactions, and assist in maintaining project budgets and timelines. This position requires familiarity with the eLearning industry, basic project management principles, and an understanding of instructional design.

Help manage team logistics, including work allocation, scheduling, and resolving conflicts.
Prepare billing and management reports for clients and internal review.
Track and manage work assignments for contractual and external resources.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
4+ years of experience in the eLearning or online learning industry.
2+ years of project management experience within the learning sector.
Experience collaborating with teams of 10+ members throughout the project lifecycle.
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and work across departments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
